- Property access is via Chadwick Road. The driving direction is clockwise around the buildings.
- Parking is freely available in the painted carparks.
- The main office is accessed from the drive entrance side of the building through the double doors and is staffed 9.00 am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
- Community services outside these hours are often accessed through the door on the Oropi Rd side.
